Can I return, if my product is damaged / defective /missing attachments?
We, at Babyswingstore, try to maintain superior quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Yes, Customers can notify us of any manufacturing defect or damages within 72hours from the delivery. We will replace the defective/damaged product with a brand new product at no extra cost. Any missing attachments will be re-shipped via courier without any additional charges.
Babyswingstore will replace the specific product ordered. However, we will not return the Swing or replace the Swing with another category of Swing.
Damages due to customer’s negligence will not be entertained and such returns/replacements are not supported.

Do you replace/return, if I don’t like the Swing I ordered?
Return/Replacement will be at Sole Discretion of Babyswingstore and if return/replacement is entertained, then the courier charges for sending the Swing will be charged by the customer. Shipping Charges can vary as per your location.
The customer will be responsible for sending the Swing via Courier and the product must be in a reasonable state.
